Jamie enjoyed Rugby in his Marine Corps days, but Priscilla won’t let him play anymore. She won’t let him skateboard either…he has yet to try without hurting himself!

Vulcan Support Staff

Priscilla Shoop

Office Manager

Priscilla is the Office Manager.

She is responsible for all Customer Service matters, clerical matters and all Marketing for Vulcan Design. She served 12 years active duty in the Marine Corps. In the Marines she reached the rank of Staff Sergeant and worked as an administrator, she then moved to the legal department where she managed a legal department responsible for thousands of Marines.

From that duty, she became a Marine Recruiter in the Portland area and then a Recruiting Station Manager where she won Station of the Month almost every month along with a Station of the Year award. At this point, she left the Marine Corps to help her fiancé Jamie open and run Vulcan Design & Construction.

A little-known fact about Priscilla is that she is a huge animal lover. She once went to school to be a Wild Life Veterinarian and spent almost 2 years interning at clinics in Oregon. Needless to say, her dogs Abby and Lucy are her life, and spoiled…very spoiled!

Amanda Ferreira

Office Assistant / Social Media Guru

After achieving her AA in Communications and Social Media Amanda was offered a position with BuzzFeed’s social media division in New York.

If you call the office it’s most likely Amanda you’ll be speaking with, and if you’re enjoying our amazing social media posts it’s defiantly Amanda’s work you’re admiring. She is as loyal as they come, very family oriented, a tattoo collector and an avid concert junkie.

Finally and most importantly she is a total foodie, long walks on the beach enjoying a sunset are find all but only if she can bring lots of snacks, seriously she’d much rather a picture with her and snacks than her and the pretty sunset.
